Once in awhile, you stumble across a head-scratching VC deal. Today's candidate is MicroOptical Corp., which raised $11.5-million from Atlas Venture to create eyeglasses called myvu
that "virtually enlarge" video from iPods and other portable video
devices. The idea, is when you wear these glasses and plug them
into a iPod, it creates a 12" to 14" virtual video screen about three
feet in front of the you. The company is sellling these glasses for
$269. And now you know......
